今日は、カンファレンス前後の限られた時間に過ごしたオーストラリアレポです！
Today's entry is what I saw and did and was given in Australia!
観光する時間がなかった分、移動中に見える風景やものを見て旅行気分にひたっていた！（笑）しかし、気がついたことは。。。
As I couldn't get to go sightseeing while I was staying in Sydney, I enjoyed watching the view I saw while I was in train, bus, and car. And I realised one thing;
シドニーと日本の雰囲気って、何か通じるものがある！
The view of Sydney and Japan are quite similar in many parts!!
もちろん、基本的に違うんだけどね。特にハイウェイから見える景色とか、草木が日本の特に私の地元と似ているな～って思った。眺めてて、なんだか懐かしい気持ちになった！
Although basically the different, of cource. However I felt weird because it reminded me of my hometown when I was watching the view from highway, or in countryside.
道路も同じ左車線だからかな、ハイウェイはまったく違和感なかった！
I didn't feel I was out of place at all!!! Because they were driving on left lane??
車も日本の車がたくさん走ってたし！Because there were lots of cars product of Japan??
ガソリンスタンドもなんとなくにてる！Even a gus station was similar to Japan!!
電車はけっこう違いが見えて、おもしろかった！
I saw some differences from the train, which was quite interesting!!!
でっかくてごっつい電車！中には日本のようにつり革や張り紙がまったくないの！さっぱりしてるところがすき！常に薄暗くてお世辞にも”キレイ”とはいえなかったけど・・（＾＾；）
A train in Sydney was so big!!! They didn't have any straps or bills(except the train information)!! Inside of train was quite simple and I liked it. Yet I can never say is was clean....lol
チケットマシーンもぜんぜんちがう～！Ticket machine was different, too.
こういうところは、めちゃ日本っぽい！（って、駅はどこも同じなのかな？？）
The platform on station was quite similar to Japan!! (Or we can see its similarity with any country???)
なんとなく東京を思わせる雰囲気じゃない？？
Isn't this like Tokyo, hey??
カンファレンスの次の日、一日フリーだったからどこかシドニーらしい場所に行きたくって、行ってきたのが。。
The next day after the conference has finished, I went to a place which is known as a landmark of Sydney;
オペラハウス～！ It's Opera House~~!!
シドニー＝オペラハウスくらいしか知識がなかったので、ここはぜひともいっておきたくって、ステイ先のブルーマウンテンから約２時間かけていってきたのだ！ちょうど夕焼け前で、空気もほどよく冷たく、景色が最高にきれいだった☆
Til I visited Sydney, I has known about Sydney just for Opera House. I just really wanted to see with my eyes, so I went there with my friends for 2 hours by train. It was not so cold outside, nice warm and super beautiful!!
シティで電車から降りて、目的地まで徒歩で向かう。
We got off the train in the city, and walked for the destination..
冬～って感じの雰囲気！ Yes it's winter in Sydney!!!
しばし歩くと目的地到着！After a few minites of walk, we got to "Circular Quay"
打って変わってやしの木が生えてるような夏っぽい雰囲気！でも決して暑くはありませんでした！（笑）
Why they had palm trees in winter..lol Still not hot there, as if you have been there...
セキュラー・キーと呼ばれる場所の一角にあって、最高のロケーション！
It's in part of Circular Quay and which is the best place to sightseeing!
反対側にみえるのはハーバーブリッジ！岸辺ではティータイムを楽しむひとがたくさん！
This is the Harbour bridge. You can see lots of people enjoying their free time with a cup of coffee and tea.
近くにフェリー乗り場があったり水上タクシーがあったり、とってもリッチな空間だった！道行く人もゆったりしてて、東京の忙しさを忘れてしまいそうなくらいにスローに時間がすぎていく。
There was a ferry port and I also saw yellow cab-ferry. The time passed so slowly. I felt I was going to forget the busy time in Tokyo..!
今回のオーストラリア滞在は観光するにはあまりにも時間が短くて、コアラもカンガルーも見れなかったし、初日はみんなと別行動だったから滞在先のブルーマウンテン散策もできなかったんだけど。。この景色をみることができてかなり満足しました☆
I'm so glad to come here... for I couldn't make it to go any other sightseeing spots because it was too short to stay in Sydney for traveling around.
このあとブルーマウンテンのステイ先に戻ったんだけど、なんと私たちを待っていたのはファミリー手作りの超豪華ディナーでした！週末だったのもあって、もてなしてくれたんです！ステイ中の約一週間、本当にハナのご家族には感謝しきれないくらいお世話になって超感謝です！
Then we moved back to the house in Blue Mountains, and what we saw was.....big gorgeous dinner made by the Kilgores!! For it was Saterday and was the last night to stay in their house, they cooked a special dinner for us!!! We were so thankful for their kindness for whole the week...I can never say enough!!
カンファレンス中は毎日朝早く、夜遅い送り迎えをしてもらったのにも関わらず、最後の夜までこんなによくしてもらいました。本当に神様の愛があふれる、すばらしいファミリーです！
They took us to the station from the early morning and picked us up at late night during the whole week. I felt God's love through the family.
手作りケーキと超おいしいアイスのデザートまで！かんしゃです～～！
Had sweet sweet deserts after the meal!!! Thanks so much!!!
